How will you market my property?
Connaught Property will use the website www.connaughtproperty.ie which is set up so that it is easily accessible from leading search engines. The website name is included on all of our marketing materials and advertising materials. We will also use the local, regional and national newspapers as appropriate to ensure that each property will reach its target market in the most effective manner for the seller. A display window in our office will also display properties available for sale. Every property on our books will have its own brochure for giving to prospective purchasers. These brochures will include colour photographs of the property and descriptions of the key features of the property. The seller will have full approval rights for this brochure. The brochures and website details will be available within 24 hours of details been provided. Additional brochures can be provided for seller to use directly if required.
What are your office hours?
The office hours are 9.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. Appointments are available outside of these times and we can be contacted at anytime by mobile phone.
How much do you charge?
We will discuss and agree all charges with you at first meeting and can offer different packages to suit your particular needs.
Do you advise on the best way of maximising the price of my property?
Yes! After first viewing a property we will make some recommendations if appropriate, to help assist with the viewings of the property and also to maximise the value of the property.
